For example,\u00a0dealing with a turnover of the administrative staff,\u00a0making sure the new staff is in line and the systems\u00a0are tuned or stay tuned. For some of you, she can\u00a0be seen as a free-lance office manager. Heidi will also help you and\u00a0us in technical research as the front desk area, like the clinical side, is\u00a0increasingly digital and complex.
