Are the insurance forms and bills\u00a0getting out on a timely basis? Is the Recall System\u00a0organized? Is there treatment follow up on patients\u00a0that didn\u2019t previously schedule? How is the front\u00a0desk person handling the phones with new patients\u00a0(or anyone)? Are they doing all that can be done to\u00a0keep your patients happy and your schedule full?<\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s face it, most of you don\u2019t have the time or\u00a0inclination to really stick your nose into the practice\u00a0management software and see what\u2019s going on.\u00a0Even well-meaning, experienced front desk people\u00a0can be dropping the ball without knowing they\u2019re\u00a0dropping the ball. You don\u2019t want your office\u00a0systems to break down due to turnover.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s where Heidi Benson comes in. Heidi is our\u00a0new addition but she is certainly not new to\u00a0dentistry. For over 20 years, she\u2019s been a Dentrix\u00a0trainer and she\u2019s familiar with most all dental\u00a0software including: Eaglesoft and Open Dental.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">So, if you have turnover, call us and Heidi will\u00a0come to your office for a \u201cSystems Check\u00a0Through<\/span>.\u201d If your front desk person is doing all that\u00a0should be done, you\u2019ll have the peace of mind of\u00a0knowing it. If there are areas that are slipping,\u00a0Heidi will nicely offer any relevant advice. Heidi is\u00a0not a threat to your new front desk people\u2026she can\u00a0be their strongest ally. We want your front desk\u00a0people to be happy and you to be happy with them.\u00a0You\u2019ll have busier schedules and a better bottom\u00a0line (plus peace of mind knowing it\u2019s all under\u00a0control).<\/p>\n<p>So, if you\u2019ve had turnover in the last few months\u00a0and\/or want your administrative staff to get a one-on-one tune up, call me.
